The models of indicators are applied using inputs from real-life and hypothetical “what-if” scenario-based cases, respecting the preferences of the main stakeholders involved such as drivers, passengers, transport operators, policymakers, and local, regional, national, and global communities. A SWOT analysis is applied to the qualitative evaluation of these systems, indicating their potential advantages and disadvantages for the stakeholders involved.
