Systems Theories for Psychotherapists explores three key theories that underpin many of the models of psychotherapy: general systems theory, natural systems theory, and language systems theory. The book presents the aesthetics (how to see and understand what is happening) and the pragmatics (what to do in the therapy room) behind each theory.
