“Overall the book is very good. There were also many sections with a good tutorial nature. The review sections have useful tables of properties and lots of figures from literature illustrating results and how they were obtained. The overview descriptions of experiments are also generally very good. I would recommend this as a reference for researchers in the field, but also to graduate students who are guided and supplemented with other advanced courses.”
