Moses Shumow and Robert E. Gutsche Jr. provide original analyses of intersections among memory, race, capitalism, and journalistic power, particularly at a time of immense political and environmental change. The authors examine changes in neighborhoods and in public-private developments that are bound to widen an already-great divide between classes and races in South Florida.
