RHO GTPASES: MOLECULAR BIOLOGY IN HEALTH AND DISEASE

Rho GTPases control many aspects of cell physiology. This includes polarity, endo/exocytosis, adhesion, motility, transcriptional activation, cell cycle progression or apoptosis.
