One of Miller's most personal plays, After the Fall (1964) takes place almost entirely inside the mind of the play's protagonist, who is often read as a stand-in for the playwright himself, and touches on themes of the Holocaust, McCarthyism and inherited sin. Also included are two of the playwright's most beloved screenplays: The Misfits, written for and filmed with Marilyn Monroe, and Playing for Time, televised with Vanessa Redgrave.
