India and International Family Law

Stutee Nag is an attorney admitted to practice in India, New York, and New Jersey. She specializes in international family law. Her practice focuses on complex cross-border matrimonial and custody disputes, particularly matters involving India and the United States. She is among the very few tri-qualified attorneys from India practicing in this field. She appears as an expert in matters involving international family law, including issues concerning international child abduction, jurisdictional conflicts, and recognition of foreign judgments. Stutee is a Steering Group Member of the American Bar Association’s International Family Law Committee and a former Fellow of the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section. She frequently speaks and writes on international family law issues and is the author of several publications addressing cross-border family disputes and international parental child abduction.
