The necessary historical background to the political landscape at the end of World War 1 is provided and the early chapters deal with The Peace Conference and the Covenant as well as the signing of the Treaty. Later chapters examine the role of the International Labour Organization, the Court of International Justice, The Geneva Protocol, economic and financial organization and the restructuring of Europe.
